Sikkens Cetol DEK Finish is a high performance, translucent, satin finish for decks. This alkyd high solids formulation offers optimum protection, ultimate durability and a beautiful furniture finish appearance with the simplicity of a one product two coat application. The high solids alkyd resin found in Sikkens DEK Finish is another example of the advancements central to Sikkens “Next Wave” technology. Made in the USA.

 Is Sikkens DEK Finish right for your deck?
  • Deck lumber must be sanded (60-80 grit) prior to application.
  • Sikkens DEK Finish must be applied to all six sides of deck lumber.
  • Do not use Sikkens DEK Finish on screened-in porches or covered decks because it needs UV light in order to cure.
  • Do not use on skirted decks (wood lattice skirting is okay).
If these requirements don't fit your deck project, do not apply Sikkens DEK Finish, use SRD or another deck finish.

 Application Temperature: 50°F to 95°F
Coverage: 350-450 sq. ft. per gal.
Cleanup: Mineral Spirits.
