Willseal 600 is a charcoal colored, pre-compressed, self-expanding, open cell polyurethane foam joint sealant for log homes. Designed to seal against weather, moisture, vapor, sound, draft, and dust. Unlike other conventional methods, Willseal 600 is not susceptible to breakdowns caused by excessive joint movements, joint stain, surface contamination, aging, and general tensile stress-caused failures. It does not dry out, shrink, or deteriorate. Willseal 600 is self-healing and defies most acids, oils, alkalis, corrosive vapors, and gasoline. Willseal 600 can be installed under all weather and temperature conditions. The open cell foam is impregnated with a weatherproofing agent, suspended in a water based emulsion. Sold only by the case.
